Miramar Theatre Progresses- Community is very excited!

To the Peninsula Community;

 Re. Theatre Opening in February 2011

I am currently organizing a weekend festival to celebrate the opening of the new Miramar Theatre next year. The following ideas have been suggested to me;

·        Sunday only

·        Road closure Miramar ave up to Tahi Street.

·        Peninsula businesses only i.e. cafes/foodies/handcrafts/music/art/ other?

·        Theme? Westside would help.

·        Film involvement- swap meet, celebrities etc??

·        Port Nicholson involvement?

·        Kids activities?
